do I get tech support?
Our experience of running Internet service for the last
several years has told us that email support is the
most effective way to provide and get tech support.
We have a built-in trouble ticket system, which enables
our support team to get into your account directly so
find out your problem quickly and solve the issue effectively.
Please submit all your tech related questions through
this trouble ticket system within your control panel
to insure a timely response from our support team. In
case the access to your control panel is unavailable
temporarily, you then send questions to support@abledesigner.com.
What info do I need to know to use your hosting service?
When we design your website, we will include our hosting
service if you do not have one. Our web hosting service's
H-Sphere control panel is the best hosting system in
the hosting industry and is comprehensive with rich
features. To fully utilize its functions, you have to
educate yourself by reading online control panel documentations
and/or watching related tutorial movies listed on the
left navigation area. Our user
guides and flash tutorials cover all issues
and will answer most of your questions. To help you
get started more quickly and easily, we have also prepared
a new user jump-start guide that shows the most important
issues you should know to take full advantage of our
service.
How do I contact you in an emergency situation?
We have been monitoring our servers closely 24/7 with
five dedicated computers and will be alerted whenever
an error is detected. So we can solve the issue in a
timely manner. We also have an emergency contact email

for our customers to report server related problem in
an emergency situation. Pease note, this email address
is for reporting server problem only. All other messages
